Our engineers have a lot of experience in the chemical industry. CoSo engineers are delivering services at BASF, Bayer, Exxon, Lanxess, Sabic, Evonik (Degussa), Solvic (Solvay/BASF), Elementis, AVEBE and Lyondell.

The demands in the chemical industry are very specific compared to other industries. Things like ATEX and SIL are two examples. Most of our engineers have besides there application and/or system education, also been trained on safety systems. We even have TüV Certified engineers, who have trained a major number of our other process control engineers. This results in engineers who better understand the customer issues and can support the customers in solving their problems. This way we add extra value to our services.

A part of the chemical processes is batch oriented. In some cases the implementation of a batch package is preferred. Especially for multi-purpose plants this is the case. Experience and in-depth knowledge of ISA S88 is very important, to implement the batch package in the correct way. The right plant modelling is key to success to get the requested production flexibility.

Most of our engineers are VCA** certified (management) and the rest VCA* (basic). Besides this also our company is VCA certified. Although our engineers are working in a low risk environment, we, together with our customers, are able to add value to a more safe and better working environment.
